GVHS's Annual Volleyball Tournament!

Interact's Annual Volleyball Tournament is finally here! Tomorrow, Wednesday March 19th, 2025, teams will compete against one another from 6:00-9:30pm at the GVHS 2020 Center. All the student teams have signed up, created a team name, and formed a costume theme for their team. From Funky Monkey to the Justice Batmans, this annual tournament has seen it all and we can't wait to see what costumes and names our GVHS teams will come up with this year!

If you missed the team sign-up for this year, don't fret! This Volleyball Tournament takes place every year so be sure to get forms from Mr. Layman's room (A123) when it runs next year. Moreover, who said spectating can't be just as fun?! All GVHS students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to attend! You can enjoy the game while snacking on sweet treats, savory snacks, or tasty foods from the concession stand that runs throughout the event. You can purchase a warm slice of pizza, a refreshing drink, and many more items!

This Volleyball tournament serves to benefit a great cause, Mini-THON. All proceeds, from team sign-ups to concessions, go to Mini-THON in the fight to defeat pediatric cancer and support both patients and their families. I'm sure that I, along with many others in the GVHS community, can't express their gratitude enough to all the students and volunteers who have supported this cause. FOR THE KIDS!
