PMEA Region 6 Chorus Festival

Congratulations to the 165 students who performed in the PMEA Regionals concert, hosted by Garnet Valley High School on Saturday, March 15th. Special shoutout to Aubrey Schneider, Cole Miller, Devan Truax, and Michael Stuardi, who represented GV! Dr. Cates was the guest conductor for this fantastic concert. A total of 8 songs were performed, including a choral rendition of Hozier's Take Me to Church.

Through a challenging audition before the performance, Aubrey Schneider qualified for the PMEA All-States Chorus! Aubrey participated in PMEA concerts last year and advanced to All-States this year. It is incredibly difficult to make it this far due to the rigorous audition process, and Aubrey is the first GVHS choir member to make it to All-States in numerous years! Aubrey will be traveling to the Pocono Mountains to perform in the All-States Chorus at the Kalahari Convention Center on April 12th. Congratulations to Aubrey for this astonishing feat!
